Harvest Celebrations

These mezcals are a celebration of the harvest. They are made by macerating fruits, grains or nuts into mezcal and distilling it for a third time. Pechuga is made with a chicken or turkey breast and Conejo is made with a rabbit saddle. These mezcals are very rich and complex in flavor.
